These funds are provided on an as needed bases.
Extra funds are allocated to help offset travel expenses for:
Student members who sit on a BCC.Student members traveling from areas where a flight AND overnight hotel are necessary to attend a TMA meeting.Satellite campuses that need money for programing events.

TMA will find your chapter a speaker, send him/her to your school and pay for your chapter’s lunch meeting on a legislative topic of your choice

TMA/AMA Chapter Involvement Grants
Chapters are eligible to receive up to $1,000 per academic year for their chapter’s activities, with a maximum of $250 or $500 available for each event, depending on the type of event.
Grant awards generally range from $150 to $500 per event, so we encourage you to organize several projects throughout the year. Please remember that funding is not guaranteed; each event will be evaluated on an individual basis.
