Polyomavirus BK: cause kidney disease and associated with kidney transplantation. Polyomavirus JC: cause progressive multifocal leukoencephalopthy PML (Progressive demage or inflammation of white matter of brain at multiple location) in immunocom-promised people.

Slide125- Adenoviridae Family: Medium sized (70 nm), dsDNA, non-enveloped icosahedral viruses with fibers, replicate in the nucleus. Adenovirus cause a variety of childhood and adult diseases. Adenovirus responsible for bout 10-20% of pneumonitis in childhood and 5% of acute respiratory disease in young children, the virus cause disease in eye acute conjunctivitis. Adeno 40-41 cause gastroenteritis.
