The Account Executive is responsible for providing customer service, day-day oversight and administrative support to assist Producers and servicing existing accounts. Overview: Full time positionMonday through Friday 8:30AM 5PMResponsibilities: x Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients; actively communicate in open and clear manner, answer questions regarding benefits, claims, and billing issues. x Responsible for the marketing process which includes obtaining client census and quotes, preparing and submitting bid specifications and evaluating the results in preparing recommendations for clients. Process enrollment changes, terminations,

applications and verify employee enrollment status as needed. x Research and resolve client and employee claims and billing issues within a timely manner, escalating as needed. x Create client proposals as necessary with current and renewal details as well as marketplace options. Communicate final placement details and instructions to insurers and customers. x Administer renewals including preparing appropriate contractual changes.
