Tour Guides need to be fit and strong for all the work they do. You are training to be a safari tour guide. Make a circuit of fitness activities and do them for a week. Time yourself – do you get faster over the week? How could you record and show your results? Create a brand new musical instrument based upon traditional tribal instruments. Design it and then make it in materials of your choice.
