In this case please regard that the original documents should be sent to us via post later or brought to the FEFU international office upon student’s arrival. OFFICIAL INVITAT ION AND VISA INFORMATION Important documents for obtaining student’s official invitation Copy of o riginal signed passport valid for at least 6 months beyond stay. Student’s passport must have at least 1 clear blank visa page available for the visa stamp( s) Official invitation is issued by The Russian Federal Migration Office Duration of issuing 30 to 90 days After the official invitation is ready (electronic) FEFU will send you the scanned copy by e mail. FEFU letter of acceptance is sent upon request After receiving the official invitation Student must apply for student visa in the same Russian Embassy or C onsulate which was mentioned in the Application form . Please , see the Rules of residence regarding the documents necessary for visa extension . 4 ARRIVAL INFORMATION Recommended arrival dates and time S eptember 14 - 15 , 201 7 Between 9:00 and 17:00 Arrival form Available under https://www.dvfu.ru/en/admission/pre - university - courses/exchange/ Please fill in and send the arrival form to the FEFU incoming student ’s coordinator not la ter than 3 week before arrival Free p ick up service Arranged by FEFU at both arrival and departure dates. Please regard that no pick up service is available just during recommended arrival dates. Pick up and orientation International students will be picked up by FEFU volunteer on the place of arrival. FEFU volunteers provide international students with linguistic support, necessary information about FEFU an d Vladivostok life, help them by check in in the dormitory and by settling other necessary formalities.
