This training took place as a virtual event over 5 full days from 24 – 28 January, 2022The training was organised as part of the joint OECD, European Commission's DG Reform, and NEA project The training covered 5 topics (one per day) and was delivered by external providers from Bulgaria as well as PES trainers from Austria (AMS) and Germany (BA)2Training overview

6. 6Module 2: Diversity and InclusionObjectiveCounsellors are able to identify and mitigate conscious and unconscious bias in their work. They also increase their awareness of cultural differences and challenges facing ethnic minorities.
