Did you know that…When you document action taken in ChildPlus to address a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) you do not have to upload the documents in the Internal Monitoring Module?All documents will be uploaded according to where they belong; for example:Health documents will be uploaded under the Health Tab,Education documents will be uploaded under the Education Tab, andFamily Services documents will be uploaded in under the Family Services Tab. Once documents have been uploaded to the correct location in ChildPlus, a case note must be added to the Internal Monitoring Module (CAP Tab) stating the location of the missing documentation.See example below:
