CoremembersofSARTcommunity- based sexualassaultcenteradvocates,lawenforcement, forensic/sexualassaultnurseexaminers. AdditionalSARTmembersmayincludethe Commonwealth’sAttorneyprosecutor, system-basedsexualassaultadvocates (victim/witness),otherrelevantstakeholders. Thetwoprimarypurposes coordination action.Coordinationprocessby SARTcollaboratestodevelopcommunity responsetosexualassaultvictims.Thisprocess formalizedwritteninteragencyagreements, oftenrolesresponsibilitiesof agenciesmulti-prongedresponse protocol.Actionprocess JANUARY 2014 initiatesinterventionvictimsofsexual assault,basedteam’scoordinationwritten procedures.
