9. Instructional Materials Disbursement Used by districts to request funds for instructional materials that are NOT State Board or Commissioner adopted. Exception: Districts can use funds if wanting to purchase individual components of an adopted program.

21. Save workScroll up Click ‘save work’ once you have entered all of the requested information for the line

22. Cancel a disbursementClick ‘Cancel Disbursement’ to cancel the transaction

23. Certify & submit the requestScroll down Click ‘certify & submit’ once you have saved

24. Certify disbursementEnter telephone numberClick ‘ok’
