C1 Public VODAFONE ONE NET ENTERPRISE FEATURING MICROSOFT (VONE - M) SER VICE - DATA TABLE Data Subjects : Customer End Users Data Retention : If Vodafone is Data Controller as per Vodafone's privacy notice http://www.vodafone.com/business/privacy - policy ( Vodafone Privacy Notice). If Vodafone is Data Processor, User Personal Data is retained until termination of the Service (data back - ups 90 days after Service termination unless otherwise defined by Customer), or as otherwise agreed by the Parties under the Agreement. Location of processing : If Vodafone is Data Controller as per Vod afone Privacy Notice. If Vodafone is Data Processor User Personal Data will be stored by Vodafone's Sub - P rocessors in the UK, Hungary and Israel and data back - ups in Vodafone's Sub - P rocessors in the UK. User Personal Data may be also Processed by Vodafone's suppliers who support the provision of the Service. See our Sub - Processor list which provides information on our external suppliers, https://www.vodafone.com/business/global - enterprise - subprocessors . The recorded data is stored and accessed by Vodafone's sub - processor GCI Network Solutions Limited. Processor Location Data IP - based location (Geo - location established based on IP - address). YES NO NO This is part of Microsoft Skype feature. This identifies the location of the End - U ser desktop or device for the purpose of managing emergency calls to an emerge ncy call service provider, and includes the disclosure of Emergency Location Identification Number (ELIN) call back number when emergency call is made from within Customer premise. Location information (e.g. office address where the End U ser is located) is provided by the Customer and is Controller Page 3 of 3 C1 Public stored in Micosoft Location Information Server (LIS).
