2019 Enacted Criminal Investigations & Police Services – The Bill provided an increase of $750 thousand to address opioids. This funding will bring the total level of opioid funding up to $8.2 million. Detention Corrections – The Bill provided an increase of $2 million to enhance the safe and humane confinement of offenders. What began as a $5.4 million increase is now showing as a reduction due to the request for additional funding from treasury in FY 18, which raised the 18 funding level to $257 mil.-$5.4 mil in settlement funding – Hoopa Yurok complete and Blackfeet Settlement funding was reduced for 19. 6
