Lessons Learned and RecommendationsInitial data cleaning was slower than anticipated

GIS staff with REOC was unable to geocode locations

Data was utilized after the fact since evacuations of effected areas were already conducted

Review and revise the data retrieval, cleaning and analysis process to ensure streamlined and efficientSlide8

Moving forward……WCHD in collaboration with GIS developed a new process to clean the data

A new process of geocoding locations was implemented

Shared barriers and lessons learned with ASPR

WCHD requested the data a second time

Geocoding was successful

How do we use the data to help inform shelters?Slide9
