Requests for exceptions to this ordershould be made to Human Resources or the Office of Accessibility Services andwill be evaluatedon an individualized basis utilizing the interactivereasonable accommodationsprocess3.The Chancellor has the authority to determine that the use of face coverings shall be required as necessary to comply with CDC guidance concerning face covering recommendations, as determined by infection rates reported through the CDC County By County Assessments.The application of the CDC guidanceand the conditions within any ounty in which a UWGreen Bay campus is located will be reviewed periodically. Any changes or modifications to this directive shall be noticed to the University Community through the Log as well as through direct communication from Human Resources and Student Affairs. 4.Enforcement and Operation: Green Bay places trust in its students, staff, faculty,and visitors. UWGreen Bay also strictly adheres to the confidentiality of individuals medical records including those related to COVID19 response. Based on those principles, no one should engage with an individual who may not be wearing a face covering. If an individual is concerned about another personthey should contact the Office of Human Resources or Dean of Students applicableand the correct assigned office will follow up on the concern. 5.Severability. If any provision of this rder or its application to any person or circumstance is held to be invalid, then the remainder of the rder, including the application of such part or provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect. To this end, the provisions of this rder are severable. 6.Duration. This Order shall become effective October 1, 2021,and shall remain in effect until November 26, 2021, at 11:59 p.mCSTunless extended, terminated, or otherwise modified based on changing conditions related to the COVID19 Delta (or other) variant, including but not limited to CDC guidance, state and local public health conditions,University policiesand campus safety
