Why do we need a Peer Support Specialist when we have medical staff? Peers can offer participants important information with added credibility because they have “ been there, done that .”Participants can benefit from seeing people like themselves in positions in leadership and strive for those positions as well. Can engage with a high-risk population that is normally hard to reach, and connect them with needed services and resources.“I made it out, you can too.”

ARC’s Mission To have peace in knowing that we have done all that we can to provide world-class, holistic care to those struggling with addiction by creating opportunities for each person served, employee, and stakeholder to discover their God-given destiny.
