Benign concordant – Diagnostic follow upThey will get results from MyChart, PCP aware because you sent them an EPIC in-basket message, workflow coordinators and Heather M. will call these patients to let them know the biopsy results are negative and to schedule the 6 month follow up exam to keep an eye on the area.High-risk, Malignant, Discordant, Benign with growth – Surg ConsultThey will get results from MyChart, PCP aware because you sent them an EPIC in-basket message, Radiologist should call the patient will a very short call - I am sorry your results are positive, atypical, or benign but can keep growing and you need to talk to a surgical provider. The surgical team will call you to schedule this appt
