Drop in Computer Workspace (part-time faculty)First come first serveGRC 244 CH 226MailboxesYour mailbox will be either in CH 225 or GRC 121, depending on where your office is located, or where you teach (part-time faculty)The mailbox rooms are locked, but you will be provided a code at orientation, or you can ask the Enrollment Services desk in CH 223, or the front desk in GRC 225. Non-employees and students are not allowed in the mail/copier rooms.

Copiers

Copiers are in each mailroom, you will be given a copy code at orientation or you can obtain the information from Enrollment Services

in CH or

the GRC front desk

Room

For room reservations please refer to our

webviewer online. Once room availability is determined, email our Schedule Specialist

with date, time, and room size needed

Payday Information:

A monthly online timesheet will need to be submitted each month.Please refer to the timesheet instructions in our handbookPayday is once per month, on the last working day of the month. The first check will be a manual check…..and it may be late. Direct deposit will not be active for the first check, and perhaps not for the second check either. Sign up for direct deposit in Online Services.Instructor salary is based on the working days in a month. Therefore, if the Fall term contract starts on 9/16, the September paycheck is for roughly ½ month. If you work 9 days in the Summer term, partially in June and partially in July, you will get paid on the respective payday for the working days in each month.
