SUPPORTED HEADSETS Visit the manufacturer for a compatibility wizard on most of their websites. The wizard will ask you for a specific model of phone and it will tell you which headsets are compatible. Plantronics Jabra Sennheiser VXi Support Accutone

PLACING CALLS AND USING HOLD

PLACING CALLS To place a phone call: Dial the phone number. Do not dial a “9” or “7”. No need to dial “1” for long distance. Select either: Receiver/Handset Speaker Headset

USING HOLD To place a phone on hold, press Hold/Resume. To resume, press Hold/Resume .

ANSWERING CALL WAITING When you are already on a call, the call waiting tone plays and the Incoming Call window appears. Press Answer to answer the incoming call. This will put the original call on hold.

MOVING BETWEEN CALLS To move between calls, place the current call on hold. Press Hold/Resume . Both calls are now on hold. Use the Directional Pad to select the call. Press Hold/Resume . Repeat the process to return to any call that is on hold.

TRANSFERING CALLS

TYPES OF TRANSFERS CONSULTATIVE Ability to talk to the person you are transferring to. This is also known as a warm transfer. Automatically transfers without the option to talk to the person transferring to. This is also known as a cold transfer. BLIND

CONSULTATIVE TRANSFER 1 Press Transfer. Dial the extension or external number. Press Send. Introduce the call as needed. Press Transfer. 3 2 3

BLIND TRANSFER 1 Press and hold Transfer. 2 3 The Transfer Type screen appears. 4 Press Select . 5 Dial the extension or external number. Press Send. Select Blind using the Directional Pad. Optionally, press 2.

TRANSFER TO VOICEMAIL Press Transfer + *55 + Ext + #

3-WAY CALLING 1 With an active call, press More. 2 Press Confrnc . 3 Dial the external phone number or internal extension. Press Send. 4 After introducing the call, press More. 5 Press Confrnc.

VOICEMAIL

VOICEMAIL NOTIFICATIONS Notification indicator flashes as well as a screen notification appears on the screen.

ACCESSING VOICEMAIL Press Messages .

SETTING UP VOICEMAIL PASSCODE Dial in the default passcode. Once confirmed, dial your new passcode. Record your first and last name to use for the default greeting and naming your account. RECORD NAME

VOICEMAIL MENU 1 Play Messages. 2 Busy Greeting Menu 3 No Answer Greeting Menu 5 Compose Message Menu 7 Delete All Messages 8 Personalized Name Refer to the Vonage Quick Start Guide for more information . 4 Extended Away Greeting Menu

CALL HISTORY

ACCESSING CALL HISTORY 1 Press Home . 2 Select Directories . 3 Select Recent Calls . 4 Press Select . 5 Your recent phone calls display.

TYPES OF CALL HISTORY Placed Calls. Received Calls. Missed Calls.

DO NOT DISTURB

DO NOT DISTURB DND Sends all calls directly to Voicemail without ringing on your phone. Press DND .

PHONE STATUS Do Not Disturb Available

CALL FORWARDING

SETTING CALL FOWARDING 1 Press Forward . 2 Select the appropriate call forwarding option. 3 Dial the forwarding phone number or extension. 4 Select Enable .
