VSTOP Election System Inventory (VSTOP-ESI) The VSTOP - ESI is a secure password protected database available through a web applicationThis system is for the use of the clerks and election officials in the 92 counties in Indiana, the Indiana Election Division, and VSTOP
VSTOP-ESI This database serves an important purpose for maintaining an inventory of voting equipment, and could be used if Indiana (and any counties) are audited again regarding HAVA fundingThis inventory includes:Certification details of voting systems/electronic poll booksInventory of voting systems/electronic poll books (ePBs) in each county by components and serial numbers Information on county contracts Several reports can be generated and saved to Excel spreadsheets
VSTOP-ESI General description of top level menu items: STATE DATA – Allows state users to manage state level data (e.g., list of vendors, voting system and ePB certification details)COUNTY DATA – Allows county user to manage county data (e.g., county contracts and inventory of equipment) REPORTS – Generate various reports of the data maintained in the database USERS – User Activity/Management ( e.g ., create new user and login activity) HELP – Provides a user guide
