Should you have any complaints regarding the technical conditions of your apartment, please report it as follows: 1. Fill out a contact form on www.duwo.nl (log into your my DUWO first ) 2. In case of a very urg ent matter: please call directly or come by the office Please keep in mind that it is common courtesy and is expected of you to keep your room and the (shared) facilities clean. YOUR DEPARTURE A few days before your departure the caretaker of DUWO will come to check your room and the common facilities (kitchen, bathroom and toilet). Please make sure that the accommodation is in the same condition as you found it when you arrived. The firs

The caretaker will leave behind an inspection form and an envelope for your keys. Please fo llow the instructions on the inspection form. In some cases a second inspection is necessary and a date will be mentioned on the form. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL INVENTORY (INCLUDING THE BEDLINEN) IS PROPERTY OF DUWO AND MUST BE LEFT BEHIND IN THE ROOM UPON YO UR DEPARTURE! WHERE TO LEAVE YOUR KEYS?
