Hisicense was reinstated by Order of July 6, 1989 contingent uponompliance with certain restrictions including extensivesupervision and monitoring by the Impaired Dentists Program. Byetter dated August 2l, 1990, the Board previously removed theestriction that Dr. Wollman practice dentistry only as themployee of a New Jersey licensed dentist.
