KZWA 1 5 th Annual Back to School Blast  Donation Collection Day on Friday, August 7 th on the grounds of KZWA with a Radio - A - Thon and Tony Royster sitting on top of an Army National Guard truck that they are trying to get the community to fill with supplies.  Back 2 School Blast concludes with distribution of supplies and hairstyling for 104 boys and 104 girls at the Lake Charles Civic Center Exhibition Hall on Monday, August 10 , 2015 . Warren United Methodist Church  1800 Orchid Street in Lake Charles  Must register by August 1 by coming in to the office.  The children and an adult must attend worship at 11 am on August 9 th , and the supplies will be distributed after the worship service.  Only children who are pre - registered and attend services will receive supplies.
