11To Speed Up Spraying – We recommend using a Milwaukee Sprayer Model A. If you plan to use, you will need portable air supply. Sprayer is used for final coat of 24/7 Plus - Corrosion Inhibitor and Lubricant. If no sprayer is available , product can be brushed.Slide12

Post Scraping with all loose rust / flakes removed.

Apply Steel Curtain liberally to all metal surfaces in sump area with paint brush. Only metal components with rust will turn dark. One pint per STP assembly.

Two Coats Recommended. Wait 30 Minutes Between Coats.Be Patient! Let it dry.

Steel Curtain only affects areas with rust. No harm to plastics or other surfaces. No Polymer to interfere with future maintenance procedures.

Post Rust Conversion. Rusted Surfaces Have Turned Darker.Slide24

Apply 24/7 Plus Corrosion Inhibitor Treatment With Sprayer @ 80psi +

Two Coats. Apply first coat with paint brush on all Metal components. Wait 20 -30 minutes . Apply second Coat with from sprayer with wide mist pattern from above the STP. Use entire contents for one STP / Leak Detector.

Attached Vapor Bulb to PVC Pipe. Make sure bulb is as close to lid as possible.

Lean or tie in place. Mark date on bulb and replace with new one in 6 months. Throw away old bulb. Non Hazardous.Slide29

Wet Look will wear off first. Expect darker colored components.24/7 Corrosion Inhibitor will eventually wear off due to environment.Slide31

We recommend repeat treatment in six months at time of vapor bulb replacement.

2nd Treatment will be much easier, less labor than first.Wipe down copper tube with 24/7 at every opportunity.Slide32
