Situational

Judgement Test

A Situational Judgement Test (SJT)

an

online

tool

to select potential candidates within high volume roles.

You'll be presented

with a scenario which reflects a realistic workplace situation

that would

expect to find in the BBC.

You’ll then need

to select, through multiple choice, what

you

feel is the best and worst response to effectively resolve the situation.

It will provide you with

a taste of what it might be like to work in the

BBC on the JTS.

There is no time limit and the test forms part of the application form through Careers Hub.

Slide15

WHY?

- Assesses your ability to

understand

written passages and to

evaluate the logic

of different types of question

You’ll be asked to register and will be emailed a username and password.

HOW?

once
