A new subsection is added to section 75.01 of the statutes to read: (75.01)(3) Nothing herein contained shall be construed to entitle any holder of a tax certificate against any land in Wisconsin to pay subsequent taxes on such land before the date of sale of such lands for any such tax; and in event such tax cer­tificate holder shall pay such subsequent taxes he shall not be en­titled to charge or recover any sum as the principal of or interest on any amount paid as taxes on any lands before such lanQ.s have been_ sold for such taxes. SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage and publi­cation. Approved April 20, 1933. No. 134, A.] [Published April 21, 1933. CHAPTER 88. AN ACT to create section 60.295 of the statutes, relating to the town board being authorized to change the name of streets. The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows: SECTION 1. A new section is added to the statutes to read : 60.295 The town board may whenever it may deem necessary, change the name of any street in the township not located in an in-corporated village therein. r SECTION 2. AN ACT to amend subsection ( 17) of section 66.06 of the stat­utes, relating to docks and wharves. The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows: SECTION 1. Subsection (17) of section 66.06 of the statutes is amended to read: ( 66.06) ( 17) Any city council may by ordi­nance establish dock lines, regulate the construction of piers and wharves extending into any lake or navigable waters, prescribe and control the prices to be !charged for pierage or wharfage thereon, prescribe and regulate the prices to

AN ACT to renumber section 272.29 to be subsection ( 1) of said section and to create subsection (2) of said section of the stat­utes, relating to adjournment of sale on execution. The people of the state of W isco11sin, represented in senate a11d assembly, do enact as follows: SECTION 1. Section 272.29 is renumbered to be subsection ( 1) of said section 272.29 of the statutes. SECTION 2. A new subsection is added to section 272.29 of the statutes to read: (272.29) (2) If at the time appointed for any such sale the sheriff shall deem it for the interest of all persons concerned therein he may adjourn the same from time to time, not exceeding in all thirty days. In case of such adjournment notice thereof shall be given by public declaration at the time and place fin;t fixe£or the sale. If the adjournment shall be for more than one day further notice shall be given by posting or publishing the same, or both, as the time and circumstances may admit. SECTION' 3.
