1 Position : Executive Director, Pemi - Va
Position : Executive Director, Pemi - Valley Habitat for Humanity Office Location : Holderness, NH Reports to : Executive Committee , Board of Directors (President, VP, Treasurer, Secretary) Position Description : The Executive Director pr ovides full - time support to Pemi - Valley Habitat for Humanity ensuring all aspects of the day - to - day functions of the organization are carried out in a professional and timely manner. Daily responsibilities include oversight and direction of the ReStore ; developing and impl ementing a fundraising program; advising current homeowners to ensure on time payments and lifelong relationships; and managing the family selection process. Minimum Qualifications :  Bachelor’s D egree or equivalent combination of experience and education  Ability to communicate with and lead volunteers, and work closely with the board of directors  Knowledge and understanding of the Habitat for Humanity homeowners model; including the process of family selection  Prev ious experience supervising employees  Experience executing board devel opment activities Additional Qualifications :  Experience developing and managing a comprehensive fundraising program  E xperience applying for and securing grants; successful relationship building with foundations  Fami

lia rity and understa nding of social media practices and online marketing  Graphic design experience a plus Responsibilities :  Volunteer management: recruiting, interviewing, and training volunteers  Increases public awareness through public relations activities and networking with area businesses  Supervises ReStore Manger, and several part - time employees  Develops and manages ReStore business/marketing plan in conjunction with the ReStore committee  Attends monthly board meetings and outside committee meetings  Prepares and manages the family selection process  Works with construction team, banks, found ations to oversee the build process  Works with local banks to log and track mortgage payments  Compl etes all paper work with the Habitat for Humanity International to maintain charter  Acts as a liaison with the Plymouth State University Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter  Other duties as assigned by the Executive Committee Salary : This is a full - time p ositon (40 hours/week) with evening and weekend hours necessary.
