What comprises healthy eating ?

There are basically five food groups: grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy products and meat or meat substitutes.

The daily recommended servings of each food group are dependent on various factors such as age, sex and activity level of the individuals.

Take three cups of vegetables, because they are your primary source of vitamins and minerals

Take two cups of fruits,

fresh fruits like apple, oranges, bananas and grapefruits

Take three cups of dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt

.

The major sources of protein are meat like beef, fish, poultry, eggs and beans and tofu. Slide10

If you make your body strong and healthy, then you won’t become ill. There are three ways to do this:

Diet

People try to eat regularly, avoid eating chips, hamburgers, food in tins and packets.

Relaxation helps the body to rest and repair itself.

Some people can control problems and pressure.
