Keri’s responsibilities include educating members on the home equity process and encouraging them to choose a speci c product based on their nancial situation. knowledge in various nancial areas. Before becoming a Home Equity Specialist, Keri’s roles included Personal Advisor, Card Specialist, Loan Processor, and Lending Contact Center Advisor. Keri attended Wayne County Community College and transferred to Wayne State University. She has an Associate Degree in Applied Science. Keri looks forward to building relationships with members, and she enjoys saving them time and money. It is a goal of Keri’s to listen and offer solutions while remaining credible and transparent.
