General Information

JSC “BUKHORONEFTGAZPARMALASH”

– a drilling company, which provides service on drilling oil and gas wells.

The company carries out the activity in Bukhara -

Khiva

and

Ustyurt

oil-and-gas regions.

The company’s considerable production capacities and equipment allow rendering services in oil field at the qualitative level.

” trust and its Karaulbazar prospecting drilling office there was created Bukhara drilling department.

Since 1996 Bukhara drilling department has transformed into “Bukhoroneftgazparmalash” Open Joint Stock Company.

18 November, 2014 - according to the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 370, 06.05.2014, OJSC “Bukhoroneftgazparmalash” was renamed into JSC “Bukhoroneftgazparmalash”.

Today, park of drilling rigs of our enterprise consists of 11 units, 5th of them are modern Chinese machines; other 6 machines are Russian production Uralmash 3D and 4E.

JSC “

Bukhoroneftgazparmalash

” has in its division CTS (central technical service), three regional technical services (RTS – 1,2,3), 11 boring crews, base of production service (BPS) which includes mechanical shop, construction shop, a rolling repair shop, an electro-repair shop, binding shop (blowout equipment) and car garage

EQUIPMENT MODERNIZATION For the purpose of updating and modernization of JSC “

Bukhoroneftgazparmalash” drilling rigs, it is supported updating and replacement of an outdated drilling equipment stage-by-stage, so for example in 2015 two sets of overhead driving gear system (TDS) DQ50BQ-JH with rails and replacement accessories Instruments have been received, TDS have been mounted on drilling rigs ZJ50DB in Southern

Kemachi’s

wells No 140 and 136.

The remained three machines Chinese production, it is also planned installation of TDS in 2017. In total following the results of updating and modernization in 2016, equipments have been received and mounted on drilling rigs for 5,823 million US dollars.

Human resources Considering the modern management requirements to joint-stock companies, in 2016 the company management was trained on “Bases of Management Economic Society" in the National center of training specialists for the new markets, in addition 4 persons of the economic block including chief accountant were trained at the rate of "Practical Application and Formation of Financial Statements according to the International Standards" in Republican Business school.

In 2017 more than 50 people will be trained at other different specialized courses including abroad.

To implement company’s development strategy it is planned to obtain certificate of conformity according to standards required by quality management system in construction all types of operational and appraisal oil and gas wells, and also the other services connected with drilling in the current year for 2015-2020.
