No updates, revisions, changes, or additions will be accepted or considered.Applications that are not formatted correctly, lack information, have incorrect information, or lack required documents will not be considered.All submissions MUST include all of theinformation found on the Application Evaluation, Selection, and NotificationThe proposed research project’s relevance to osteopathic medicine.The quality of the research project.The mentorship available and provided to the trainee.Qualifications, experience, and level of involvement of thetrainee for their level of education. No more than 5 awards will be granted per year.Individuals chosen for the award will be notified on February 23, 2017 at the CEME Board of Directors Meeting heldin conjunction with the FOMA Annual Conference.Award TermsAll awardees are required to submit a one year status report to CEME Administrative Office, unless they have completed their research. All awardees are required present the final summary their workat thenext available NSUCOM Residency Fair/CEME Scientific Research Poster CompetitionNo additional monies will be provided for travel expenses.Research awards are paid directly to the resident. Research awards can be used as needed bythe recipient with the purpose of deferring the cost of the awardee’s contributio

Applicants must be enrolledand active in their educational program at the time of application and for the duration of theaward term.Application submission criteria is met.The research must be completed within 2 years and if necessary awardee can request anextension from CEME’s Administrative Office.All awardees must be able to present final summary of their work within 2 years at the nextavailable NSU-COM Residency Fair/CEME Scientific Research Poster Competition.
