Pixel degradation
Two possibilities considered
Sputtering of the Pt cathode, leaving Pt deposits around the anode
Dissociation of CF4- yielding carbon deposits
Try using gas with less CF4
Curtis filled panel with AAT0002 gas- using a carefully prescribed procedure.
Expose panel to source- suspended at 15 cm above
