Nice to meet you, I am Xavi!I believe in a world where the majority of women athletes can live from their passion.Where can I have the most fun and make the biggest impact? My intuition drove me to women鈀s football,a fast-growing sport with a huge potential. From failing to pass a recruitment processfor LaLiga in its final stage I became rartof the UEFA marketing team at Women鈀sEuro 2219. At the Euro, I met first-handthe closeness and self-improvementspirit of women鈀s football. In my day to day, I help women's footballprofessionals to make more and betterbusiness and marketing decisions.Besides creating content, I develop strategic and digital marketing projects for clubs,players, events and agencies.To date, I have written +270 posts, given 18 speakings and published 6 ebooks.Shall we know better each other?
