Koki spent some time with Clark Construction and insurance. He finally entered the real estate business in 2006 while looking for a career that would allow him to combine two of his passions: people and real estate. Over the last 10 years, he has had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, serving on boards for local and national real estate associations, earning numerous awards, and speaking to real estate teams across the country.

Outside of real estate, Koki's time is spent with his family, in volunteer activities or on the basketball court. He has served on the Board of Directors for YMCA Youth & Family Services since 2006, and was recognized by the Greater Capital Area YMCA as Philanthropist of the Year in 2011.

She then spent six months abroad and started a small business offering photography and styling services with her husband. In 2014, Sarah joined Koki & Associates, Inc. to gain real estate business experience and help the team continue to provide top level service to their clients. In her free time, Sarah enjoys decorating her house, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their pets.
