Do you have a unique act or talent that Pittsburgh has to see? Are you part of a group or organization that is a fun & entertaining crowd pleaser? If so, we encourage you to apply to be part of the 39thannual WPXI Holiday Parade! WPXI-TV/Channel 11 is pleased to once again be presenting the festive, after-Thanksgiving Parade which will take place on Saturday, November 30th 2019 at 9 AM! Please note, an application doesn’t guarantee acceptance into the parade, but you must apply to be considered. If you are accepted, we promise an exciting, rewarding and memorable day for everyone involved. The Parade is televised live by WPXI-TV and streamed live on wpxi.com. The Parade boasts impressive ratings year and year, as well as a huge on the street crowd! The WPXI Holiday Parade is the only local televised Parade in Pittsburgh so if your application is approved, your group will be on tv! The Parade is an excellent vehicle for providing extensive exposure and positive publicity for your act/organization. Additionally, the Parade replays several times throughout the holiday season, plus we will give your group social media love on our Parade sites! Each year, the parade features colorful floats, marching bands, specialty units, balloons, Santa Claus, as well as national and local celebrities (past guests have included Teen Sensations Maddie & Mackenzie Ziegler, Pop Superstar Christina Aguilera, R&B Star Usher, Music Legend Chubby Checker, America’s Got Talent Star Jackie Evancho, TV & Movie Star Joe Manganiello) and countless others!
