Let’s ReviewRegistry Educational Visits (TR-106)Pursing Centers - Annual5 records of your choice will be audited by PTSF staff Pediatric, burn, death, penetrating, isolated headAccredited CentersEvery five years (96% accuracy or higher)Every two years (below 96% accuracy)The year following a registry related SI (required) or OFI (optional) is issued by the PTSF Board of Directors10 records selected by PTSF staff potentially audited (based on QA Focus)Educational purposes only!!!

4. Scheduling PTSF Staff (Lyndsey or Gaby) will contact you to schedule a registry educational visitYou may request registry education at any time!Staff TurnoverCustomized education on specific data elements/registry concepts
