Topside components,augers, hopper, together with electric power and oilsupply lines are easily connected on site. Detailedoperating and servicing instructions with personalguidance on the technical features and operation ofthe Mepu mobile dryer are included. The Mepu dryers are built to withstand demandingconditions of the Northern hemisphere. Durablyconstructed to efficiently dry feed grains to seedcorn efficiently.Mepu's drying capability remains even under allconditions. Partial batches are controlled by instru-mentation standard in all Mepu models. ELEVATORA chain driven rubber flap elevator ensures highcapacity even with high moisture grain. The topend of the elevator is equipped with a two waydivider which directs the grain into the drier oraway from it. On the model M300k there is a bucketelevator and if the bucket elevator is needed onthe other models you can get it as an accessory.3. PRE-CLEANER AND SPREADER,BOTTOM ASPIRATORAll models feature a self powered pre-cleaner. Thedrying process removes the weed seeds by meansof the dedicated pre-cleaner. Grain is spread evenlyinto the dryer bin by means of a power spreader.The bottom aspirator removes dust and humidity. 4. SUCTION FANSSuction fans boosts up the drying process.(Std. on M300k model) The grain bin has been designed to accommodatethe swelling of the grain, and optimised to func-tion under all conditions. The bin is constructedfrom hot galvanised steel.6. DRYING CELLSConstructed with two side by side ridges, warm airis forced into a chamber between the drying cells.This results in minimal heat loss. Standard equip-ment in all models are shutters designed for effi-cient drying of partial batches.7. FEEDING APPARATUSAll models are equipped with six adjustable rollerswith flaps mounted underneath. Steeply angledfeed troughs result in reliable circulation and ensureeven drying process under all operating conditions.8. BOTTOM TROUGHThe steep sided bottom trough under the feedingapparatus contributes to problem free circulationof the grain. Dust and humidity are removed bythe bottom aspirator.9. FURNACE AND ELECTRIC EQUIPMENTMepu's high output heat exchanger equippedfurnaces guarantee sufficient heat and air capacityunder the most challenging circumstances. Theelectric equipment and operational controlautomation are installed at the factory. Theprocess is easily monitored by the digital dryingthermostat. The dryer is ready for use whenelectric power and fuel feed lines are connected.A sturdy steel frame supports the Mepu dryer:Preparation for drying involves lowering both thecorner supports stanchions and a detachabledraw-bar.
