While in Navigators, select

Procedure

from the menu at the top of patient’s chart.

Select

Procedure Notes from the navigator section under Bedside Procedures.

Select Bedside Procedures IP UVA under the NoteWriter template options.

Select

Central Line from the list of procedure note options.

Upon opening the patient’s chart, from within

navigator that opens initially, select “

”.The “

NoteWriter” activity will open. Click on the “Procedures” tab.

Central Line

from the list of procedure note options. The template will appear, should be completed, and will result in the generated note, as illustrated in previous slides.
