Single Inward and Outward C learance of Vessels We wish to advise all internal clearance of s hip s to allow movement within Fiji waters now being repealed and effective 1 0 th of May 2021 the following changes will be introduced for all inward and outwar d clearance of vessels arriving from outside and departing Fiji: 1. Single I nward clearance at the 1 st port of call into Fiji and while in Fiji . 2. All outward clearance of ve ssels goi ng out of Fiji will be facilitated from the last departing port. 3. All arrival and departing notice will have to be registered electronically through the vessel notification module in our cargo clearance system (ASYCUDA World) platform. This new process will eliminate all unnecessary intervention to ensu re seamless movement of vessels within Fiji with minimum cost to the industry. All ship owners and agents are requested to take responsibility of the new changes and requirements.
