COVID EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE (CERA) Emergency funding is now available through the COVID - 19 Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) program administered by White Earth Homeless Program. Funds are available for rent and rental utilities only. Applications are being accepted beginning March 1, 2021, through December 13, 2021 at 5 p.m. Do I qualify? 1. Are you a Tribal Member, Descendant, or any Federal - recognized tribal renter? 2. Do you owe or are you behind in your rent or ren tal utility payments from 3/13/2020? 3. Are your outstanding related expense(s) due to unemployment, illness, or another issue as a result of the COVID - 19 pandemic? Eligible Expenses: Rent payments Rental arrears from 3/13/2020 Utilities related to rental pro perty Utility costs arrears related to rental property FUNDS WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE VENDOR OR COMPANY HOW TO APPLY: CONTACT THE WHITE EARTH HOMELESS PROGRAM @ (218) 936 - 3212. Applications will be available for pick up outside Homeless Program or at Dream Catcher Housing in Ogema.
