Intake demand is high, so please be patient Required Remote Intake Documents Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP ) Proof of current 30 - day gross income from all household members. Copy of most recent heat and electric bills if you pay for your home energy directly. (Must provide entire bill) Verbally Proof of Social Security Numbers of all household members (Hard - copy of So cial Security cards are not required at this time) o For proof of Social Security or Supplemental Security income benefits go to www.socialsecurity.gov/myaccount for an instant letter . The kits include light bulbs, a smart power strip, faucet aerators and more! The kits will be mailed to you in 3 - 5 weeks.
