Those who are remaining virtual or stated they will return less than 1 day per week will vacate their pre-COVID workspace.Meeting rooms: Book the use of meeting rooms as usual through Outlook to minimize license costs. 7. Facilities Management monitors how space is being used through the Condeco booking app and key card data. This information helps assess how to plan for capacity and determine if any changes need to be made based on demand. In the event more employees want to return to our spaces, adjustments in the Condeco app will be made.Key learnings from the Return to Office experience will inform the Future of Work. The Future of Work outcomes are expected to inform the design and use of our future administrative spaces. Administrative employees are asked to consistently use the Condeco app to support our future space planning and to be agile in responding to the pandemic. What’s next for return to office
