\n \rWe are reaching out today in the hopes that you will consider being part of .(dramatic) Drum Roll, please .. the 39th Annual WPXI Holiday Parade on Saturday, November 30th 2019 at 9 AM in downtown Pittsburgh. The marching bands help make the Parade a festive, fun & entertaining event and we truly couldnt do what we do without the amazing talent of our fabulous local & regional marching bands! If your band is accepted for parade participation, you will have an exciting and rewarding day not to mention cool TV exposure! We are the only local televised Parade in Pittsburgh, so if you are part of our Parade, youll be on tv! In addition to being featured on television to our HUGE WPXI viewing audience, well give you a DVD copy of your bands TV performance, $200 honorarium and lots of social media love leading up to the big day and after. Plus, the Parade replays several times during the holiday season so you will get all of the additional exposure all season long! The parade telecast has consistently had a large viewing audience (via television AND live stream on wpxi.com), as well as a large & adoring on-the-street crowd to cheer you on! Each year, the parade features colorful floats, marching bands, specialty units, balloons, Santa Claus, as well as national and local celebrities (past guests have included Teen Sensations Maddie & Mackenzie Ziegler

Those bands not selected for inclusion in the parade will also receive notification by October 16, 2019.
