USM Bylaws, Policies and Procedures of the Board of Regents ��VII VIIPOLICY ON PERSONAL LEAVE FOR REGULAR NONEXEMPT EXEMPT STAFF USM Bylaws, Policies and Procedures of the Board of Regents ��VII The use of personal leave shall require prior notification to the employee’s supervisor.TRANSFER/SEPARATIONmploythat transfer to anotherUSM Institutionwill have any unused personal eave credited as of the date of separation from theniversitytransferred to the newinstitution or agencymployees that transfer to another tate of aryland agency wilhave any unused personal leave reported for credit as of the date of separation and will be subject to established personal leave allocations for the tate of arylanddditi
