Primary Ballot: Basic Content Uncontested Candidates In general, unopposed candidates are placed on the primary ballot CEB is not required to put uncontested state convention delegates or precinct committeemen on primary ballot unless CEB member affiliated with that party filed written request with clerk by NOON Friday, February 16, 2018* *IC 3-10-1-5(c) and (d)
