How do you get charms?
Classroom Star – Each month every classroom teacher will select a student who has had great character in the classroom.
That child will be given a charm and featured on the “Super Star Students” bulletin board in the hallway. Slide5

Encore Class of the Month - Each encore teacher will choose one class each month to recognize as the Class of the Month. All kids in that class will

Honor Roll - Students in 3rd
,4th and 5th
grade

Perfect Attendance - You may earn a perfect attendance charm each 9 weeks.

Lunchroom Recognition - The lunchroom staff will
pick a few of you who show exceptional behavior, courtesy, or kindness in the lunchroom monthly. Slide10

Principal’s Award – The principal will award a student every 9 weeks with a charm for having a good overall attitude and enthusiasm for learning. Slide11

Mrs. Arnold Award – Mrs. Arnold will award a student every 9 weeks with a charm for making outstanding choices.Slide12

Holston is a school where character is valued. We want you to learn how to be kind, honest, and responsible, and we want to see positive attitudes and smiling faces. Learning how to be a kind and trustworthy person is just as important as learning those multiplication facts! So, go out there and show us how AWESOME you can be!
