Local Transmission Owner Planning Process (LTPP)The NYISO's Comprehensive System Planning Process (CSPP) begins with the Local Transmission Owner Planning Process (LTPP). The LTPP ortheast Power Coordinating Council (NPCC) , and the . Each LTPP will describe the needs addressed by the LTPP, as well as the assumptions, applicable planning criteria and methodology utilized. During each twoyear CSPP cycle, the NYISO will hold one or more stakeholder meetings of the Electric System and the Transmission Planning Advisory Subcommittee at which each Transmission Owner's current Local Transmission Plan will be discussed. The NYISO will post notices of those meetings and provide agendas and meeting materials.
