Brief Description of Projects Lot 1: Proposed Construction of Micro - Biology Departmental Building Lot 2: Proposed Construction of Architectural Studio (Phase 1) Pre - Qualification Requirements Mandatory Requirements (Original Documents must be presented for sighting) (a ) Evidence of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission. (CAC) (b) Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the past 3 years i.e. 2012, 2013, & 2014. (c) Evidence of compliance with PFNCOM requirement (d) Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund (TTF) requirement Other Requirements: (a) List of similar and verifiable projects successfully executed by your company with locations, letters of award, Completion certificates within the last 5 years

(d) Bank Reference Letter/ Bank support showing evidence of financial capability to execute the contract. (e) Evidence of Remittance of Value Added Tax (VAT) Submission Your pre - qualification documents must be in a sealed envelope and addressed to: The Registrar, Federal University of Technology Owerri, Imo State. The top hand corner shall bear the name of the project for which you are applying for Examp le; “LOT l; Proposed Construction of Micro - Biology Departmental Building”. The documents shall be dropped in a pre - qualification box at the Council Matters Unit, Registry Department. Dead Line for Submission The document shall be submitted not later than 1 2 noon on Friday, 17 th July, 2015 Opening of Tender Documents The pre - qualification documents shall be opened immediately after 12noon on Friday, 17 th July, 2015 , in the University Council Chambers.
