Cox HFC Update

Pilot was completed for MTU size and COS/QOS at Data Center Early July, using a pilot host with no cost to the state

Engineering Standards are being added for HFC to

AZNet II

WAN Engineering StandardsConfiguration templates are created for HFC Order procedure and turn-up procedures completed by AZNet II and Cox Host pricing has been submitted, the orders to transfer the pilot host to state so it is billable will be submitted after August 1, 20141st site was turned up and being monitored to confirm the pilot results- July 15 to August 1st3 additional sites are identified for implementation in August

The # of Project tickets and tasks reported in created, on-hold, and closed statuses will see large fluctuations with Refresh activities

The # of MACs & RFI’s in On-hold status has been trending higher in the last six weeks due to Carrier activities attributed to Refresh.
