Event organizers will take into consideration and attempt to minimize duplicate products as much as possible. The event organizer reserves the right to deny applications if it is determined that a surplus of similar products exists or in the event that the organizer deems a product to be inappropriate for the overall guest experience. Kaslo and District Chamber of Commerce | May Days Vendor Application M a y Days CRAFT Info and Requirements Agreement Vending Hours:  S aturday, May 1 6 th | 9am – 5pm  Sunday, May 1 7 th | 9am – 5pm  Monday, May 1 8 th | 9am – 4pm Fees (All prices incl. three full days):  10’x10’ | $80  10’x20’ | $120  $ 30 Camping Fee (optional – include with fee if planning to stay onsite) Electricity:  $30 (in addition to booth fees, includes all three days) Due to limitations in electrical availability, a maximum of FOUR craft vendors will be able to access electrical service. Craft vendors requiring electrical service will be notified of availability on a first - come first - served basis. Generators are permitted. Deadline for R egistration and Payment: May 1st , 2015 Additional Information and Requirements:  Booth Setup o Will begin Friday, May 1 5 th | 12p m o All booths must be setup prior to 9am Saturday, May 1 6 th  Vendors are responsible for checking in wi th Coordinator prior to setup  Vendors are responsible for their own accommodations  Vendors are responsible for the security of their booths and its contents  Vehicles will NOT be permitted on - site during vending hours  Vendors have the option of ca mping in or near their booths o All tents must be removed during vending hours o A fee of $ 30 must be provided with vendor fees prior to the event (includes three nights and full a ccess to the shower facilities) I, ________________________________________ agree with the CRAFT booth requirements iden tified in this agreement.
