It will now be roughly 200x200 and ready for upload.Large PNG 3124x3124 pixels(good for print, PPT, etc.) Small PNG 202x202 (1.35”x1.35”)(upload to Factory)

31. Work page for a BannerCreate a PNG file for your organisation banner to use in the Branding section of your Factory account. (Admin tools > Branding) It must be exactly1000 pixels wide. The 1000x170 rectangular shape above is a popular proportion for banner. (Actual width here = 20”, height is 3.4”)Insert and compose your banner content (e.g. logo, text, images) on top of this square shape. When you finish the banner content, change the fill Transparency to 100%) to make the rectangle invisible. We suggest you “group” the box and its contents to keep everything stable: drag your cursor over it and type Control+G.Right-click on the grouped shape and select Save as Picture in the dialogue box.Save as type PNG with a name like “BannerBig”.This banner is now the right shape but too large. Resize it in a image editing program if you have one or use a free editor like Photoscape or the online editor at: www.online-image-editor.com When resizing the image to exactly 1000 pixels wide, make sure that you have checked Aspect ratio, so that the overall proportion of the image remains the same.Your banner is now ready to upload to Open Badge Factory if it is a PNG exactly 1000 pixels wide.Example:LOGOLOGO(Transparency 100% makes box invisible)

32. Work page for an Organisation icon (logo)You can create a PNG file for an organisation icon to put in the Organisation details section of your Factory account.(Admin tools > Organisation details) It must be exactly square. The shape to the left is 8” x 8”. Resize it as needed to be a backdrop for your logo icon, if it is too big, or make your icon smaller to fit the box if that’s too big.Insert and compose the logo on top of this square shape. Centre manually (looking forn the dotted guides) or use Shape Format > Align, with both logo and background square selected. When you finish the placing the icon in the square, change the fill Transparency of the square to 100% to make it invisible. (Right-click > Format Shape > Fill > Solid Fill > Transparency 100%).We now suggest you “group” the box and its contents to keep everything stable: drag your cursor over it and type Control+G.Right-click on the grouped shape and select Save as Picture in the dialogue box.Save as type PNG with a name like “Square Icon”.Upload the resulting PNG file as an icon (Admin tools > Organisations details > Upload icon)If the file size is too big (unlikely), you can resize it in a image editing program if you have one on your computer (Photoscape is a popular free program), or online at: www.online-image-editor.com Example:LOGOLOGO
