1 Taiwan Futures Exchange and Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange Sign Memorandum of Understanding January 15, 2018 - The Taiwan Futures Exchange (TAIFEX) and the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (BUCE) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU) with the intent to pursue a business partnership. The two exchanges will share information and best practices regarding product development, market operations and common interest areas in both markets. “ East Asia is a vast market that plays a crucial role in the global economy .
